Ideal for powder coating
Shot blasting is a perfect preparation for powder coating and we can provide commercial, domestic and industrial customers with a simple all-in-one service when required. We use a medium grade chilled iron shot which removes old paint and rust, leaving a perfectly clean surface that is ready for priming and powder coating.
Blast room facilities
We have a specially built blast room, with a shot blasting area of 20 x 8 feet; ideal for large items of furniture or even car chassis’. As part of our comprehensive shot blasting service, we regularly blast motorcycle frames, wooden beams, wheels, gates, railings, vehicle parts and wooden furniture for private individuals, industry and agriculture.
Refurbishment
We also blast new wood, creating a distressed look and feel; a popular choice with pubs, clubs, retail shop-fitters, furniture manufacturers and interior designers.
