Offering an incredible range of colour choice, superb durability and far lower costs than paint spraying, powder coating is also incredibly environmentally friendly, with low emissions of VOCs and no solvent content.

State of the art equipment

Our experienced coatings team utilise high quality electro static guns for powder coating. Spraying statically charged powder straight at a metal surface, it grips tightly before the next stage; a baking cycle in a re-circulating gas oven. The product will then be cooled after one cycle at around 200°C before being inspected for quality and packaged for transport.

Full preparation and priming

We provide the complete service, carrying out shot blasting to clean the material of old paint and dirt before applying a zinc rich powder primer. This helps prevent rust re-appearing underneath the powder, maintaining a perfect finish and durability for many years to come.
